On behalf of the Board of Directors of Samden Tech Pvt. Ltd, I would formally like brief you on the company’s present and future services. Until now, our system has been operating on Satellite connection (VSAT)  which is very expensive due to the absence of any fiber connectivity.  However, we were still able to provide our services at a more affordable rate than the existing service providers. 

We have now entered into a joint venture proposal with an FDI company Wash burn Properties Ltd and are now switching our entire system to a fiber network with WIMAX application, which is the latest technology for broadband internet services. This will not only enable us to provide better quality services but also bring the existing prices much lower to what is being offered in the market. In addition, our services will be available in all the districts and will enable all our customers to have connectivity beyond their offices making them have mobile internet services be it in any location.  We will be offering corporate packages as well as individual packages with other value added services. 

The new system will be launched in May 2008 which is only two months from now.  As a gesture of our appreciation for your support and understanding, for our existing customers, we will be offering 50 per cent discount on the equipment costs, and various complimentary value added services.
